Letter of Intent – Blue Paradise Village

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, the undersigned, hereby submit this Letter of Intent (LOI) to express my interest in purchasing a property at Blue Paradise Village, Bonaire.

This Letter of Intent is non-binding and serves only to outline my preliminary interest in purchasing a property within Blue Paradise Village.

A formal Sales Agreement will be drafted upon mutual agreement of terms, pricing, and payment conditions.

This LOI does not constitute a final purchase contract but demonstrates my good faith interest in proceeding toward a binding agreement.

Note: All prices include 8% ABB, excluding notary fees (payable by the buyer).

Due Diligence

Due Diligence and Agreement Timeline

Upon successful review, a binding Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) shall be negotiated and signed. A deposit and payment schedule shall be outlined in the final SPA. 

Exclusivity

During this period, the Buyer has priority to finalize the transaction for the selected unit(s).

Closing

This Letter of Intent is non-binding and intended only to outline the basic terms of understanding. It shall not constitute a legally enforceable obligation until a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement has been executed by both parties.
